Course objectives (in Czech)
The main goals of the educational process involve:
- the improvement of the locomotive abilities and fitness
- the impact on the positive approach towards sports activities
considered as the protection against conflicts, civilization diseases and stress
- the support of students healthy lifestyle
- the course introduces the basic individual game activities and simple combinations as well as the basic game rules.
Learning outcomes (in Czech)
After completing the course, students will be able: - To perform and use the basic game skills keeping with the game rules

  • activities trained during the course:
  • two-hand pass with and without body movement
  • left-right hand pass with and without body movement
  • dribbling
  • shooting (jump shot, shot off the dribble
  • defense
  • defensive and attacking rebound
  • screening

- the credit is given to students for the attendance
- 2 possible absences with an excuse in IS and 2 times without an excuse
