Course objectives
The course offers the basic information about the health, healthy lifestyle and a suitable locomotory regime. It focuses on the expansion of the knowlegde about health and a positive approach towards sports activities, which helps to protect against civilization diseases, conflicts and stress. It aims to support students´ healthy lifestyle.
Syllabus
  • - the theoretical and practical knowledge in the field of health, healthy lifestyle - the information on a a suitable locomotory regime - the influence of outer factors on human health (nutrition, lifestyle, remedial exercise, the use of sports aids, adequate sports activities, enviroment) - the methods which are beneficial for human health, principals of correct remedial exercise (with the use or sports aids), breathiong, relaxation, massages - practical trainig
