Teaching methods
Short theoretical introduction with practical examples followed by an e-learning application.
Assessment methods
Exam. Evaluation depends on result of the completed tasks in the e-learning application. It is possible to add points from the written test (will take place during the last lecture). The fulfillment of the task in the e-learning application at the minimum required level is mandatory. The test is not mandatory, but points are added to the overall score. To pass the course without writting the test, it is necessary to complete the task in the e-learning application at an above-average level.
Any copying, recording or leaking tests, use of unauthorized tools, aids and communication devices, or other disruptions of objectivity of exams (credit tests) will be considered non-compliance with the conditions for course completion as well as a severe violation of the study rules. Consequently, the teacher will finish the exam (credit test) by awarding grade "F" in the Information System, and the Dean will initiate disciplinary proceedings that may result in study termination.
Students that go abroad for Erasmus stay and are full-time students at MUNI have to fulfill all the tasks remotely.

Teacher's information
The subject consists of four learning blocks. The introductory block will primarily have the form of a lecture that will introduce the basic principles of project management. In addition, it will include examples to test the methods described, as well as project experience. At the end, the advice on the task will be provided within the planning phase of the e-learning application.

The second block will have a significantly shorter part of the lecture and will be more focused on practical testing of some selected more complex project management methods. At the end, there will be presented advice on the implementation phase of the task related to the e-learning application.

The third block will deal with the interconnection of the content of the e-learning task with the presented content and theory of project management (reflection of acquired experience in relation to reality). In addition, information on project management certifications IPMA, PRINCE2, PMI and SCRUM (including personal experience from these certifications) will be discussed.

Last block will also be used to write an exam test, the points of which will be added to the points for the quality of the task in the e-learning application.

The course is also listed under the following terms Spring 2021, Spring 2022, Spring 2023, Spring 2025.
