Course objectives
Law for Economists (DSPR) The course is designed as a theoretical basis for the subsequent legal courses Legal Norms in Banking and Insurance Right. Its aim is to introduce the role of law in market economy and the general legal institutes: law, sources of law, legal norms, legal relationship, legality, legal liability. The course's content also includes an explanation of the basic legal institutes of public law and private law. It focuses on the key law areas which are very closely linked to entrepreneurial activities in finance. The subject is divided into 3 thematic sections specialising in: theory of state and law private law public law Examination: written test and oral interview.
