Course objectives: The course Banking is based on the fundamental findings from the sphere of banking. These findings are updated in this course to a large extent, enriched and extedned in the sense of the new worldwide theoretical and practical knowledge. The focus of this course lies within the issues of EU banking, new trends in the sphere of bank risks management and their regulation in the sense of the Basel agreements, as well as in the new tendencies in the sphere of the banking business worldwide and in the Czech Republic.
