Course objectives
Economic and Organisational Consultancy (EOPO) This subject represents one of the business areas. The goal of the course is to present state-of-the-art know-how of world consultancy firms. The output of an economic and organisational firm is represented by the products giving the client directions how to proceed in solving a given problem, or in setting up a business. A firm focused on this activity must be thoroughly prepared and have the legislative and technical expertise. Problems, which such a firm must face, can be partial or complex. Services provided by small and medium economic and organization consultancy firms can be divided into business projects, organization projects, economic diagnosis, marketing projects, etc. Examination: written and oral.
