Course objectives
Corporate Finance for Financial Specialisation (FFFP) This subject continues Fundamentals of Corporate Finance and enhances the knowledge gained in the Stage One of the study. It provides new information on the principal partial areas of company funding and from the theory of company finance. In such a way, students will be provided with basic orientation in financial management of companies. Major themes of lectures: financial decision making and financial targets of the company internal and external sources of funding capital market institutions and corporate finance sources and forms of short-term funding investment decision making and long-term funding financial criteria of investment project selection risk involved in financial decision making dividend policy Credit requirements: written test. Examination: oral.
