Course objectives
Case Studies (KHPRST) The course aims to introduce the discipline of case studies and adopt its application in developing managers qualification. The theoretical part overviews the origin and evolution of these active methods of management training. Attention is given to various types of case studies, methods of their elaboration and application for development of managerial knowledge and skills. The focus of the course is practical exercise. It encompasses drawing up the individual case studies reflecting a particular practical situation, their presentation, collective definition of problems, solving them and evaluating the results achieved. Credit requirements: drawing up and discussing a case study.
