Course objectives
Sociology of Organisation (KVSOOR) The course`s aim is to equip extramural students with knowledge from sociology of organization, bureaucracy and sociology of work. There is a focus on the study of groups within an organisation, influence of groups and the organisational structure on an individual's behaviour in an organisation, models of cooperative relations, conflicts and on the bureaucratic phenomenon. Large emphasis is placed on matching theoretical knowledge with the practical experience of learners. Examination: written exam.
