Course objectives
The course covers in the sphere of Business Management subjects a specific position. While most other courses are dealing with sub-areas of a company, respectively different views on this issue, the course sub-serves the integrating function. The basic method leading to the acquisition of necessary knowledge and skills is a project management system for the newly built a fictitious company. Processing of this project represents a demanding multi-disciplinary nature of work. Therefore, the project teams deal with the assumption that individual team members (about 5 persons) specialize in separate parts. At the end of this course, students should be able to:
- understand the company in its entirety
- integrate knowledge from different courses (such as the corporate economy, management, marketing, accounting, etc.) and apply it to a project management system
- use teamwork
