Course objectives
The goal of this course is to integrate knowledge obtained in some previous courses (BPH_PINF, MPH_BUPM, MPH_SYRP, MHP_TBIN), deepen the knowledge of the students in the chosen disciplines (namely IS project management, IS strategy management, IS business value, process analysis, and modeling) which will help them to understand the concept of information strategy better and to allow them to design a particular information strategy for a chosen enterprise.
Learning outcomes
At the end of the course the student will be able to:
- explain basic concepts connected to information strategy (e.g. IT Governance, Enterprise Architecture, see the content of the course),
