Course objectives
The main objective of the course is to get basic knowledge of the principles of international trade. at the end of the course students will be able to understand basic forms of international trade, to explain concepts and basic characteristics of the world economy and the global economic environment, will be familiar with the most important institutions in this area, will be able to explain the most important issues of foreign trade, to describe and analyze the territorial and commodity structure of international trade; to assess and develop arguments for trends in international trade for each territory / commodity.

Teaching methods
Lectures with presentations and examples of real situations and their analysis, case studies, group discussion.
Assessment methods
Students have to achieve more than 60 % of total points in the mid-term test and final examination test (mid-term test maximum is 30 points, final test maximum is 70 points, maximum points gained is 100, it means that minimum points to successfully finish the course is 61 points).
