Cíle předmětu
The aim of the course is to recognise and support study abroad undertaken within the Erasmus+ programme (or similar mobility schemes), which is academically relevant to the Finance and Law study programme. The course allows students to incorporate knowledge gained in an international academic environment into their study profile, strengthen their ability to work in a foreign-language and interdisciplinary context, and reflect on how financial, legal, or regulatory issues are addressed in other countries.
Výstupy z učení
Upon completing the course, the student is able to:
* complete academic coursework abroad and operate within the relevant subject-specific terminology in a foreign language,
* identify and analyse similarities and differences between domestic and foreign approaches to finance and law,
* integrate insights from foreign courses into their academic and professional profile,
* independently reflect on the relevance and benefit of the study stay for their personal development.
Osnova
The course content corresponds to the subjects enrolled at the host institution and is specified in the Learning Agreement. It includes a combination of courses in finance, law, regulation, or related disciplines that align with the programme’s academic focus.
Výukové metody
Study abroad coursework (lectures, seminars, independent study) as defined in the Learning Agreement.
Metody hodnocení
Study abroad in a scope corresponding to at least 10 ECTS, documented by a Transcript of Records.
The courses must be academically relevant to the Finance and Law study programme.
Final recognition is subject to approval by the programme guarantor based on the Learning Agreement and transcript of completed courses.

Předmět je vyučován každoročně.
Předmět slouží jako ekvivalent za studia získaná na partnerských univerzitách v rámci uzavřených smluv o Double Degree studiu.
