Course objectives
Entrepreneurial Activities : Hotels and Catering (PCSH) The objective of this course is to introduce the students to the principal concepts, specific features and principles of catering management in all its establishments (restaurants, factories, schools, etc.) and in hotels of different sizes and categories. Specific features of planning, organising, personnel work, running and inspection in these services are illustrated with the stress on marketing used in reaching the target results in their economy, financing and improving business relations. Credit requirements: active participation in seminars, submission of a case study.
