Cíle předmětu
TREASURY MANAGEMENT Treasury management is an undergraduate course that will make participants acquainted with fundamental principles of entrepreneurial finance and investment. The curriculum of the course follows the structure of the cash flow statement according to IAS/IFRS. Starting off from some key definitions, the cash flow from financial activities, the cash flow from operations and the cash flow from investment activities will be taken into scrutiny. By means of a systematic lecture with many integrated exercises, participants are to get a structured survey of financial instruments and an intuitive command of economic calculus enabling them to take decisions in practice. Lessons will be in English. If participants are interested, a corresponding German textbook is at their disposal, too.
