Cíle předmětu
Regardless of size or type of business, people are the most important asset of any organization. Successful performance of the human resource management function can greatly improve organisations bottom line. Course International Human Resources Management focuses on the policies, methods, and tehniques that professional personnel and human resource managers create and implement to achive succesful human resource programs. Yet the course is prepared for all business students – not just those who intend to pursue a career in the human resource field. Much of the lessons (employee selection, job design, performance appraisal, training, career management) is as important to any managar as it is to the HR one. Each lesson in the course contains theoretical and practical parts.
