Course objectives
Human Resource Management This course aims to offer you training in, and increase your understanding of the central themes of Human Resource Management. You will gain a sound understanding of the fundamentals of HRM and various aspects of HRM practice, and gain practical experience in a real-life context. You will also acquire the knowledge and kills that a good manager needs, including the ability to apply all received HRM-information into your own business.
