Course objectives
Quality of Goods (PHKVAZ) Quality of products or services becomes more and more important as a competitive factor in the battle to win customers. The subject aims to introduce students to the latest development in the area of quality management, to a comprehensive view of the notion of goods quality. It acquaints students with methods and techniques of quality analysis and enhancement or quality assurance in case of products and services. Due to the present development of international co-operation and trade and also thanks to the expected admission of the CR to the EU, the problems of the global development of the quality concept will be outlined along with the focus of European quality. Institutional framework of quality management includes legislation and basic elements of consumer protection. Examination: written and oral
