Course objectives
Entrepreneurial Activities : Business Firm (PODC) The course builds on the subjects Corporate Economics , Management and Business Logistics and Transport. Its aim is to provide a complex overview of the running of a business firm. Major topic areas are as follows: localisation and assortment strategy of a business firm principles of solution and arrangement of the retail network preparation of the business plan specific features of personnel management in a business firm business operations management Credit requirements: active participation in seminars, submission of a case study.
