Course objectives
The course deals with development of innovations and innovative enterprise. Nowadays the main competitive advatages are launching new products and increasing quality and user value of older products, services and processess. The students get new information about innovations, reginal innovation systems, innovation support in the Czech Republic as well as abroad and methodology of innovation surveys. The course deals also with innovation centres, business incubators and clusters.
Syllabus (in Czech)
  • Úvod do problematiky, vymezení základních pojmů. Teoretické přístupy k pojetí a významu inovací. Evropská politika podpory inovací. Národní inovační systém ČR, strategické dokumenty pro rozvoj inovací. Regionální inovační systémy, podpora inovací v regionech. Sběr dat o inovacích, hodnocení inovačního prostředí, ukazatele hodnocení VaV. Inovační centra, podnikatelské inkubátory a vědecko-technické parky. Klastry. Ochrana duševního vlastnictví. Financování inovačních firem. Rámcové programy EU, podpora VaV v podnicích.
