Metody hodnocení
System of checking the students knowledge (requirements for passing the course) 1. Continuous evaluation of preparation and study results on a lecture a) A student has an obligation to prepare for a lecture by studying appropriate materials and by answering supporting questions, b) This preparation will be rated by a lecturer who assigns a certain number of points. In every lecture the lecturer could award students with 20 – 50 points for their preparation (number of points is specified at the beginning of every semester and depends on a number of enrolled students). The number of points given to each student will be written down after every lecture in the “Notebook” in the IS MU system, so every student has an immediate feedback about his/ her performance, c) A student has also a possibility to get another 20 points for the paper elaboration (up to ten points for a paper presentation and ten points for a handed paper). 2. Examination test and final assessment: a) The basic condition for the possibility of a participation in the exam is to receive at least 15 points from previous assessments (preparations of lecturers and papers), b) In the 13th week a student takes a written exam that has two parts. For the first one – test – a student could receive up to 40 points, for the second part – essay on a selected topic – a student could receive up to 20 points. For passing this exam a student has to get at least 30 points, c) For the final grade all the points will be counted up and the assessment will depend on the scale of assessment points.
