Course objectives
Personnel Management (SDPE) The course aims to provide information about personnel management as a specific and relatively independent discipline within the framework of corporate management and the organisational system. It is a continuation of the courses Corporate Economics, Management and the courses of humanities. It consists of four sections: Content of the problem and relationship between human resources and personnel management in the context of organisation and company management - external and internal context. Personnel management as planning, selection, deployment and personnel development - central concepts and their content in the corporate context. Typical examples of selection techniques and development programmes, their strenuousness and efficiency. Corporate culture as a means to achieve corporate objectives. Psychological, legal and moral aspects of personnel management. The sections are designed as theoretical and practical practice of the subject matter that students acquired on their own with the use of recommended literature. Students practical experience is taken into account. Examination: oral.
