Course objectives
Administrative Process (SPPR) From the viewpoint of administration execution, the administrative legal process is an indispensable knowledge area of any qualified administrator. That is why the course develops the basics acquired in the course Administration Law. On the other hand, the concrete procedures and forms of work depend on (observing legal norms) concrete conditions of the administrative institution, information availability, etc. A part of the seminar will be focused on acquiring information from practice. Credit requirements: seminar paper. Examination form: oral.
