Course objectives
The course instruction is divided into three thematic blocks. The first (general) part of the course deals with the characteristics of a legal relationship as the basic paradigm of private law as well as the issues of subjects of law including various forms of legal act procuration. The second and third part of the course is devoted to the most significant types of legal substances defined by civil law, namely to proprietary and contractual relationships. Lectures are thematically followed by seminars where students can exercise the explained subject-matter in practical applications.
