Course Enrolment Limitations
The course is offered to students of any study field.
Course objectives
The course gives the students information about wide context of transformation period in the post-communist countries. The questions of social, demographic, geographical, territorial and economic development are explained on the case of Czech Republic and other central and eastern European countries (CEEC). The students obtain knowledge due to it transformation process and its influence on territorial (regional) development will be understandable. Passing the course they will be able to make an opinion of possibilities of future development and correctness of concrete steps for solving regional differences in economic policy of Czech Republic and CEEC.
