Course objectives
Regional Science (PRRV) Regional science is a discipline, which has been recently constituted as a multidisciplinary view of socioeconomic processes in the region. The course accents economic approaches to theoretical reflection. A special emphasis is given to systems theories and their applicability to solving problems of regional development. The course offers methods of work, which students will use during Stage Two of the study and later in their jobs - e.g. methods of solving complex problems, algorithmisation of procedures, etc.
