Cíle předmětu
This course gives students specialized information on the starting conditions, process and results of the transformation of the national financial system of the Czech Republic; entry conditions, history and actual dates of the transformation of the financial system of the Czech Republic. This course follows the continual transformation of the financial system of the Czech Republic towards standards of market economics. The course topics describe the key factors of the financial system of the Czech Republic. The course is taught in English and concluded with a written exam. The subject is targeted at analyzing the development of Czech economy since the beginning of the 1990s till today. The lectures deal with the financial system in the Czech Republic as a part of a global financial market. Knowledge gained in the course should help students with better understanding of the functioning of the financial system during the transformation process. In the course students should apply their knowledge from other courses taught at the ESF.
