Course objectives
At the end of this course, students should be able to activly use the theories of infinite series, metric spaces, line integrals, elementary ordinary differential equations and functions of complex variable, in solving (simple) examples.
Syllabus
  • The recommended course to the course Mathematical Analysis III.
  • - functional and power series
  • - metric spaces
  • - line integral, Green's theorem
  • - elementary methods for solution of differential equations of the first order and of n-th order linear equations with constant coefficients
  • - basics of the theory of complex functions of the complex variable
  • - improper integral.
