Syllabus
  • Basic gymnastics: Theoretical and practical knowledge of the building   training, exercise units. Rhythmic gymnastics: Understanding the basics of music theory and application of motion into practice (time, tact, counting time, meter, rhythm, dynamics). Professional terminology: Technical terminology and its applications in communications and   system. Volleyball: Theory and practice basic volleyball skills. Physical play: The development of physical abilities and skills of small applications, games. Swimming: Giving individual swimming techniques ways Introduction to sports: The structure of sporting achievement in gymnastics, swimming and combative sports
