Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to: know different types of excercises in fitness centres apply excercises for different group of people (seniors, children, ...)
Syllabus
  • 1. Introduction into wellness and fitness.
  • 2. History and characteristics of different kinds of aerobics excercises.
  • 3. Practical lesson of aerobics
  • 4. Practical lesson of step aerobics
  • 5. Body and Mind forms -
  • 6. Practical lesson of Core training.
  • 7. Practical lesson of Pilates.
  • 8. Floorwork - workouts only with body weight.
  • 9. Floorwork - workouts with different kind of equipements (Bossu, fitbally, overballs, dynabends, flowtonic).
  • 10. Martial arts in aerobics excercises.
