Course objectives
Get acquainted with basic regeneration methods. Within the framework of regeneration, focus more closely on nutrition. Successful graduates will be able to orientate themselves in possible regeneration methods and resources and basic principles of the nutrition plan for selected types of exercise and sports.
Learning outcomes
- Understand the concept of regeneration and the importance of nutrition for sportsmen, the concept of fatigue and adaptation. - Explain the basic concepts of nutrition, basic principles of regeneration. - Identify the need to establish a regeneration plan and a diet plan. Food supplements and doping. - Know different forms of regeneration, regeneration and nutrition supplements. - Identify appropriate and inappropriate means of regeneration and nutrition supplements.

  • 1. Regeneration, regeneration, regeneration. 2. Fatigue. 3. Psychological means, pedagogical means of regeneration. 4. Nutrition, basic concepts in nutrition, energy balance. 5. Water, water balance, drinking regime. 6. Vitamins and minerals. 7. Nutrition in endurance sports. 8. Nutrition in power sports. 9. Food supplements - legislation, division. 10. Food supplements - proteins, energy preparations, drinking regime, ergogenic substances. 11. Doping. 12. Nutrition and regeneration of specific groups.

Assessment methods
Part of the prerequisite for the evaluation is participation in seminars. 2 excused absences in IS are allowed. 3 partial tests containing 10 questions with a total score of 30 points. For successful completion, at least 22 points must be handled. 3 homeworks delivered by the end of the semester. Test credit with a total of 60 points. You must have at least 45 points for successful completion. Oral exam
