Course objectives
The aim of the course is to ensure and hand on basic knowledge about the link of bio-psycho-socio-spiritual potential within harmony or disharmony, about regulation of psyche and behavior in relation with variables of health or illness.
Learning outcomes
Graduate of the course will be able to understand basic terminology (definition) and principles of physical aktivity/sport - health in this context; bude umět aplikovat informace a dovednosti do oblasti "volnočasových aktivit";
Syllabus
  • - Basic terminology: physical activity - sport - the role of sport psychology; - Basic terminology: health - illness - healthy life style (wellbeing); historical consequencies; - Sport psychology: ontogenetic aspect regarding healthy life style; periods of early childhood, early adolescent and senium will be stressed; - the role of family environment, leisure time institutions. ¨
