Course objectives
The aim of the course is to inform students about the main principles of professional work with clients. Questions to establish and maintain a relationship with the client, effective communication, take on responsibility for the client, transmission and counterfeiting, worker professionalism and work ethics will be discussed. Students will be given the opportunity to verify practically their ability to establish contact, provide social support, question and develop these skills in peer exercises.
Learning outcomes
The student discusses the problems associated with communication and first impressions. The student demonstrates basic mistakes in communication. The student characterizes the principles of assertive behavior. The student will propose how to proceed in communication at the first meeting with the client. Student justifies the need for motivation to work with the client.

  • Advice, procedures, diagnostic problems. Classical clinical approach, humanistic approach.
  • Relationship with the client, directivity in communication with the client
