Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
- define basic team skills, structure, team roles and important aspects for effective team cooperation
-describe the difference between a group and a team, describe phases of group dynamics and define competences or needs of team members
-define and evaluate (on the basis of practical activities and exercises) their status within the study group from the point of view of team roles, communication or cooperation

  • 2. Social perception, psycho-social learning, team roles
  • 3. Communication in team
  • 4. Working with a group - cohesion, tension, atmosphere, group management, roles in group, group dynamics
