Course objectives
At the end of the course students should be able to:
know fitness activities
know good execution of excercises
do diagnostics of movement aparatus
recommand strenghten excercises based on diagnostics of movement aparatus

  • 1. Definition of fitness, characteristics of fitness activities
  • 2. - 4. Introduction of fitness groups activities (aerobic classes, conditional classes, Body and Mind formes)
  • 5. Correct execution of strenghten excercises on apparatus
  • 6. Diagnostics of movement aparatus
  • 7. List of excercises for abdomine muscles
  • 8. List of excercises for back muscles
  • 9. List of excercises for muscles of chest and shoulders
  • 10. List of excercises for muscles of arms
  • 11. List of excercises for muscles of legs
