Course objectives
At the end of this course the student will be able to: Demonstrated skills bases skating
Learning outcomes
After solving the subject, the student will be able to: -option theoretically the basic methodical skating series; -poping an extended methodical skating series; Practically handle individual elements of skating basics; -understand the basic rules of ice hockey and figure skating; -practical implementation of the skills of ice hockey and figure skating; -analyze shortcomings in practical demonstrations and propose a solution; -Take principles of warm-up, relaxation and stretching as a prevention of injuries.
Syllabus
  • Basic skating training according to the methodical series: Teaching is primarily focused on mastering the technique: forward, stop, reverse, ride in turns, forward and reverse, forward and outward swings, turns, jumps and ice games.
  • Part of the lesson is to master warm-up, relaxation and stretching exercises, and safety precautions in skating lessons. Taking advantage of the skating tire as a prevention of injuries (injuries).
  • Extended didactic skating series - circles forward and inward, eighth, eighth, triple turns, triple jump, weight, pirouette on two legs.
  • Extended didactic series of ice hockey - ice hockey training, ice hockey training, stick training, feasting games, ice warming. Part of the lesson is the use of e-learning materials for the skilful basics didactics.
