Course objectives
The aim of the course is to obtain knowledge about rules, technical means and conditioning in wrestling, application of wrestling into self-defence.
Learning outcomes
After finishing the subjekt, student: I s able to show basic combative techniques according the curriculum Understood and aply basic technical and tactical principles of combat sport Differentiate among single vombat sports a is able to characterise combat sport according to curriculum - Choose basic techniques according to given regest - Select, describe a apply specific resources for condition motor abilities development accordnig to curriculum - Select, describe a apply specific resources for coordination motor abilities development accordnig to curriculum - Apply technical resources in training fight
Syllabus
  • Introduction to history, taxonomy. Terminology. Structure of techniques. Rules for competitions. Basic grips – free style, geeco-roman style. Takedowns. Groundwork. Technical resources, aplication of motor learning. Preparatory excercises, using of specific tools. Coordination motor abilities – special methods of development. Condition motor abilities – special methods of development. Tactics of training fight.
