Course objectives

Athletics: - techniques of hurdle race, improvement of speed and endurance, high jump, long jump

Syllabus

Running and jumping drills. Improvement of hurdless. Development running speed, endurance (fartlek methodes), jumping technique (high and long) and shot put performance.
