Course objectives
After completing the course student will: - know principles of creation of self-defence courses - know dididactic rules of self-defence teaching - know principles of didactic communication - know planning and evaluation of self-defence courses - know prinicples of individualization in self-defence training - know principles for advancement of clients in a) theoretical preparation, b) strategic-tactical preparation, c) conditioning preparation, d) technical preparation, e) psychological preparation - be able to explain and demonstrate technical means of self-defence - have good ability to perform technical means of self-defence on the automatic level

  • 1. Theory and didactics of self-defence 2. Principles of creation of self-defence courses 3. Dididactic rules of self-defence teaching 4. Didactic communication 5.
