Course objectives
The aim of the course is more deep explanation of exercise and sports psychology issues. Presentation of basic instruments for psycho-diagnostic proces relevant to ethical consensus and using sensitive data. Next aim is to the presentation of holistic and bio-dromal paradigma within the own dissertation.
Learning outcomes
Graduates of the course should be familiar in recent home and international sport psychology issue particularly within the interest of his/her dissertation topic (sportography, sophrology, psychology of sports training and competition, psychological benefits and/or pathology obtained through sports, theory of transition in the life-span).
Syllabus
  • 1. Recent issues of exercise and sports psychology. 2. Topics of students - regarding "psyché". 3. Sportography. 4. Psyche - motorics - psychology and health - sports and pathology, profession deformations. 5. Psychological aspects o experience. 6. Psycho-diagnosti mdthods and instruments - ethical consensus of research in general - and regarding to minorities). 7. Topics of international experts.
