Course objectives

Demonstration of methodical outcomes in cross-country skiing and alpine skiing

Learning outcomes

Student will be able to:
- demonstrate the knowledge of cross country and alpine skiing methodology
- assess the suitability of selecting preparatory ski exercises for a particular individual
- analyze mistakes in alpine and cross country skiing technique
- organize a team during ski lessons
