Course objectives
The aim of the course is to acquaint students with the basics of fitness training in sports games. Another aim is to educate students in the field of compensatory exercises, unilateral loads, nutrition and doping in the context of sports games.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the course Specialization IV - Fitness training will be students able to:
- Interpret fitness training bases in sports games
- Compile fitness training plans for different sports games
- Evaluate the appropriateness of the selection of fitness equipment for sports games
- Describe the basic aspects of the single pressure
- Design compensation and reconditioning exercises in sports games
- Build a suitable mix of diet and supplements
- Describe the basic classes of doping substances and their effect on performance

  • 1st Fitness training in sports games - specifics
  • 2nd The development of motor skills in sports games
  • 3rd Game Training - instrument of fitness training
  • 4th Diagnosis of a specific player's potential
  • 5th Unilateral load - use od electrical stimulation and isokinetics strength
  • 6th Compensation unilateral load
  • 7th Reconditioning exercises
  • 8th Nutritional supplements and doping
  • 9th Adjusting weight before competitions
  • Course - 3 days
  • In practice, students will apply in practice pumped theoretical background in fitness training sports games, one day course will be devoted to the application of nutrition counseling for athletes.

Exam, a student is awarded based on active participation in   practical training (course) and meet the test requirements.
