Course objectives
After successful completion of the course Specialization I - Fitness training will be student able to:
- Interpret starting fitness training
- Define the basic concepts of fitness training
- Define the basic means, forms and methods used in fitness training
- Apply different methods of load models the development of movement skills in practice
- Describe the physical exercise at   risk activated muscle groups, proper technical execution, incorrect technical design, due to the degree of specificity of selected sports discipline

Teaching methods
Teaching will be realized in the form of lectures and exercises.
Practical exercises will be carried in the gyms, outdoor and athletic stadium.
Self-study: e-learning "Alternative Methods of strength training".

Assessment methods
Credit is awarded based on student active participation in practical training and demonstrate the ability to comply with a written test and demonstrate the proper technique of selected strength exercises. The test will consist of 10 questions. For successful completion, there must be at least 70% success rate. The test will run from topics of lectures.
