Course objectives
The aim of the course "Strength Training and Conditioning III" is to educate students in the field of planning and periodization of conditioning in various cycles, in different sports. Another goal is to teach students how to assess fitness, record and analyze workload.
Learning outcomes
After successful completion of the course Strength training and Conditioning III will be students able to:
- Interpret the basis of planning and periodization of fitness training
- Implement training plans fitness training units, mikrocycles mezocycles and macrocycles
- Record and analyze training load
- Describe the theoretical fitness   training in different sports - Rate of development of motor skills
- Explain the context of the development of motor skills

Teaching methods
lectures, seminars and workshops, self-study through e - learning.
Assessment methods
active participation in practical teaching skills and prove to meet the requirements of a written test and demonstrate the proper techniques of selected strength exercises. The test will consist of 30 questions. 28 closed and 2 open (treatment plans for selected training unit). For successful completion is necessary to achieve at least 70% success rate.
