Course objectives
The aim of subject is provide knowledge about basic of concepts, forms and methods of conditional training. Students will be educate about factors which are determininig individual physical abilities. The students will be informed with correctly realization of selected strength excersises, risks of strength excersises and methods of physical abilities development.
Learning outcomes
After successfull of the subject Conditional training I student will be able:
- to realise of correct technique of strength exercises
- to apply models of training with different methods
- to describe risks of exercises, activated muscle groups, correct technique, rate of specific to selected sport discipline

- continues and final test (sport detrminants, anatomy of excersise), 70% success rate, test consists 20 closed questions (a, b, c, d)
