Course objectives
The aim of the course is the creative work of students and the implementation of knowledge from the field of Kinesiology and Conditioning training in practice
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to apply the basics of fitness training to recreational athletes, common populations in fitness centers and wellnescentres. Create and implement fitness training programs taking into account the specifics of individual sports disciplines or the requirements of the client.
Syllabus
  • Practice content will be:
  • • Realization of listening and management of the fitness part of the training units
  • • Setting up a training plan (microcycle) for a selected recreational athlete (common population) in relation to age and performance specifics.
  • • Monitoring intensity and volume of workload within training units using sporttesters,
  • • Diagnosis of muscle imbalances and fitness level
  • • Determination of 1 OM in selected strength exercises with resistors
  • • Quick reverse analysis of video tutorial techniques and the use of analytical software.
  • • Monitoring the preparation of training units, their implementation and evaluation by the coach
