Course objectives
Passing coaching practice
Learning outcomes
Students will be able to apply the basics of fitness training for top performers and top athletes in individual sports. Create and implement fitness training programs with regard to sports training, biological and training age, fitness and sporting disciplines.
Syllabus
  • Practice content will be:
  • • Implementation of listening and conducting of the fitness parts of the training units at the executive and top athletes in selected individual sports
  • • Compilation of a training plan (annual annual training plan, macrocycle schedule, microcycle plans in competitive and preparatory period) for a selected performance or top athlete.
  • • Tracking the effectiveness of the training.
  • • Training records in training diaries (software version).
  • • Diagnostics of the level of selected physical abilities.
  • • Obtain skills, practically rationalize and systematize training sessions in the form of training programs of varying lengths.
  • • Analysis of plans (microcycle, mesocycle, macrocycle, RTC) with the lead trainer.
