Course objectives
Learning outcomes of the course unit The aim of the course is to apply the theoretical knowledge of fitness training in practical activities in terrain and winter mountain environment, its evaluation through modern diagnostic methods and implementation in the conditioning of selected sports (eg football, cycling).
Learning outcomes
Upon completion of the course the student will be able to:
-analyze the client's motion program
-analyze client's nutritional habits
-Look up the motion program in an outdoor environment
-Realize the motion program of the selected client group with respect to age, gender, and performance characteristics
- Apply movement program to selected groups of clients with clinical signs of civilization diseases
- Work and evaluate movement activities using modern diagnostic methods.
Syllabus
  • • Fitness training in an off-road environment - cross-country skiing, outdoor snowshoeing
  • • Performance test - race in cross-country skiing
  • • Practical execution of demonstration training units incl. interplanetary mountain ranges through cross-country skiing, cross-country skiing, walking and walking on snowshoes
  • • Field load diagnostics using sporttester
  • • Planning, organization and implementation of winter training and fitness training (stay) in a mountainous environment
  • • Winter conditioning in a mountainous environment
