Course objectives
The aim of subject is to educate students about planning and periodization of conditional training in selected games, swimming sports, gymnastic, crossfit, martial sports, cycling and risks sports.
Learning outcomes
After successfull completion student will be able to:
- to define basic of sport perfomance factors in mass sports
- to interprete basic of conditional training in sport games
- to do plans of conditional training in different sport games
- to interprete basic of conditional training

  • Structure of sports perfomance in mass sports
  • Conditional training in sports games (football, hockey, basketball)
  • Conditional training in networks sports
  • Conditional training in bats sports
  • Conditional training in martial sports
  • Crossfit like aim of conditional training
  • Conditional training in swimming sports
  • Conditional training oin risks sports
  • Conditional training in track and fields
  • Conditional training in cycling and triathlon
  • specifics versus no-specifics excersise
  • EXCERSISES:
  • Development of speed abilities in selected sports
  • Development of strength abilities in selected sports

- continues and final test of conditional training in mass sports. 70% success rate. Test consists 20 closed question. (a, b, c, d.)
