Course objectives
The goal of this course is to introduce the students into the psychomotor physical activities, including the theoretical background, into the possibilities of use of these activities with different groups and with psychomotor tools, props and material.
Learning outcomes
At the end of this course students should be able to:
- interpret the term "psychomotricity" and describe the specific characteristics of psychomotor movement activities
- use the information about the psychomotor scientific discipline and classify it within the system of other disciplines (kinanthropology, pedagogy, psychology, sociology, etics, philosophy)
- understand the experience character of psychomotor activities and games
- understand and practically apply psychomotor game rules
- make a psychomotor lesson plan (including introductory and warm-up activities, activities with specific psychomotor props as well as relaxation activities) and to adapt it for specific needs of a particular target group
